Can't create CA signing certificate

Hi,
I try to use the Guide book to setup IPSec. When I try to create a new CA signing cert it takes all the values, gives no error messages but nothing shows up in the CA Management under certificate authorities.

any idea what is wrong here ?

    I'm on 5.010
    I think that I found the reason why it did not allowed me to create a signing CA. some optional field was not provided in the CSR.
    It seems that there is some room for improvement in the error handling on tha CA management page .... -[:)]
