VPN between Astaro V 4.0 and Win XP/2000 w. native

Hi !
 
while V5 has this nice Option to connect native Windows-IPSEC-Clients with a preconfigured connection, this is missing in V 4.0.
 
Could somebody tell me the right settings to establish this connection with the same effect ?
 
Just don´t want to reinvent the wheel.
