Can't sign more than one cert?

Using release 5.0.0.4, I am following instructions on the doc part of the site to create a x.509 road warrior connection.
I generate the CA, then a host csr for the host, and sign that, then generate a certificate and try to sign that and it keeps telling me..."Certificate signing failed. Wrong CA passphrase entered?"
I am using the passphrase of the CA, and I will do this over and over.
I have tried it in several ways and it keeps doing this to me. I have installed Astaro twice now to try and fix this, but apparently its just not gonna work for me.
Any ideas?

hoby,

pleas assure that the informations given within the certificate is different . Certs must be unique.

Also just ensure that you are clicking on the 'start' button and not hitting 'Enter' as this will cause this error to occur as well.
