What is MAX value of SA lifetime in secs ??

    The max value is 28800 sec (8h).

    Have a look at the online help from ASL:

    SA Lifetime: This value describes the timeframe in seconds for which the IKE SA is valid and when the next rekeying should take place. 
    Valid values are between 60sec and 28800sec (8h). 
    The default value is 7800sec.
