I've got a problem establishing a vpn connection between a smoothwall 2.0 and my ASL. I've found this thread: https://community.sophos.com/products/unified-threat-management/astaroorg/f/51/t/19067, and used this config, but it didn't work. Log:
"Louis_1" #3: sent MR3, ISAKMP SA established
"Louis_1" #4: compression proposed by , but policy for "Louis_1" forbids it
"Louis_1" #4: no acceptable Proposal in IPsec SA
"Louis_1" #4: sending encrypted notification NO_PROPOSAL_CHOSEN to :500
"Louis_1" #5: compression proposed by , but policy for "Louis_1" forbids it
"Louis_1" #5: no acceptable Proposal in IPsec SA
"Louis_1" #5: sending encrypted notification NO_PROPOSAL_CHOSEN to :500
"Louis_1" #3: Quick Mode I1 message is unacceptable because it uses a previously used Message ID 0x493be925 (perhaps this is a duplicated packet)
sending encrypted notification INVALID_MESSAGE_ID to :500
and so on... after a few tries more the game begins from start again.
it also didn't help to set encryption=no in the ipsec.conf file on smoothwall...
do you have any idea
