I've noticed that as I've added a few users to the VPN user list, my login seems to be slowing down. and now, suddenly, my connection (after being established) randomly disconnects itself. At first I thought it was my connection at home, but after looking at the logs, I'm not so sure. It appears that the VPN is shutting itself off. As far as I'm aware, I'm not sending any type of disconnect request. (I'm using XP Pro by the way).
