PPTP Access - no internet?

Hey

I'm connecting fine to my cooperate network through Astaro but can't get through to the internet. I set a manually assigned IP address to control access to servers with the packet filter which works perfectly. But the Astaro doesn't supply a valid gateway address therefore giving me problems using the internet. Can anyone help me with this one?

    I think it won't work...(I believe it, don't kow it)
    At the incoming Interface (external_interface)at the ASL you will redirect the traffic for outgoing to the internet.
    What should work is using your proxy from this connection. So it will work as something like a forwarder, you know.

    Windows sets  the standard gateway automatically to the pptp interface that is why you can't access the internet without further configuration @ Astaro directly. Either setup masquerading for the PPTP addresses and of course add an according packet filter rule or make them use the proxy. Astaro provides nameservers when configured in NETWORK/PPTP, it should point to the internal IP of the firewall. Add the PPTP addresses as allowed networks to the  DNS proxy settings.

    That should do the trick
