PPTP- using differnt subnets for differnt users ?

Example: 

Users A-M: subnet I  192.168.100.x /24
Users N-Z: subnet II 192.168.101.x /24

IPs are assigned static.

Now I want to set up so differnt Packetfilter rules for I & II so  users of Subnet I can access only the DMZ but other users can access DMZ + Internal lan. Using ASL 4.013.
