Safenet SoftRemote with Astaro

I try to use SafeNet SoftRemote ver 9 to connect to the internal network at work. But I can't get through my ASL firewall! When I use the telephone ISDN it works ok but too slow, so I wanted to use my ADSL connection.

One problem I think is that both I and the company uses the same ip range (192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0)
HOMENET -- ASL -- ADSL INTERNET -- Watchguard -- WORKNET
192.168.0.0----------------------------------------------192.168.0.0
255.255.255.0----------------------------------------255.255.255.0

Would this work? (Using VPN client software?) If so, how do I open ASL to allow SoftRemote access to the net?

this setup cannot work. On one hand ASL doesn't ProxyARP for the remote IP adresses on the other hand returning packets won't pass the firewall since they are local packets and won't be routed.

Would it work if I change my home IP range to fex. 192.168.100.0/255.255.255.0?
