Issues with Roadwarrior IPSec

Hi, I have managed to get a number of Roadwarrior IPSec VPNs setup and they run perfectly. However a number of our users complain that when they are using commercial wireless 'hotspots' they get an error message through SSH saying that they cannot reach the remote gateway with the SSH system tray icon flashing red.

I'm Hoping someone has some ideas for me as I am completely confused why this should work in some NAT environments and other places it just falls flat on its face.

I'm getting those problems and if I look into the log files shows that sometimes the Astaro drops all sessions and restart some services.

I'm willing to test release 4.016 to see if the problem is solved.

Are you sure that the hotspot provider allows encrypted trafic ?

Cheers for that, as far as I know the HotSpots are commercial ones that 'pride' themselves on allowing VPN connections...therefore one must assume then that these will allow encryped traffic through.

Any ideas would be gratefully recieved....

p.s. I can establish a PPTP connection back to the Astaro Box.
