VOIP over VPN

I'm on my last thread on this problem. I'm trying to configure my IP phone to connect to a PBX/VOIP server running inside our network. I had set up a VPN tunnel running from my home to our office network to be able to get through the server. The server can't be accessed from the outside. You have to either be on the LAN or be on the Co.'s VPN. 

Everything seems to work. I can access any services inside the office network. I can get through the firewall rules without any problem. However, I'm having a hard time having the phone to work. A caller can call me and hear me but I can't hear anything from the other party. The h323 packages from the patch-o-matic are installed as well. I tried some of thos commercial VPN devices and they worked fine.

    Have you looked at the logs at the time the call was made to see if anything was DROPping?

    I'm seeing lots of dropped UDP connection. I created a rule that allows traffic from and to each VPN endpoints to happen. I even opened the whole ephemeral ( >1024 ) udp/tcp ports for the connection to no avail. Any other services are working fine (even the ones the office firewall restricts) but this h.323 protocol is really a pain. 

    I heard of others had some success with netmeeting which also uses h323 but I'm not sure about passing VOIP (h323) through VPN. Is the module for h323 that came with the patch-o-matic patches being used when h323 is passed through VPN. 

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
