I'm trying to PPTP VPN from one site to the other. I usually get the error 6.19 on the client and rarely (maybe one in 50) will connect. When it fails the PPTP log looks like this:

What gives? When it does connect, it seems to work fine. It has never been completely reliable, but earlier versions did work better (1 in 3 attempts would work). I have installed the patch for PPTP to both firewalls with no effect.
I use PPTP to connect to several different networks, and am not interested in setting up a permanent link, just provide temporary access to one workstation.
