PPTP Vpn - cant access windows resources

Hello all, I have to following problem:

I have followed the pptp road warrior guide to the point. Found at docs.astaro.org /guidebooks

I configured the pptp-client on my windows xp remote pc it works and I can ping the servers at the remote site. The details tag in the VPN-PPTP config shows
that the vpn-server is reachable at 10.101.191.1 and my remote pc gets the address 10.101.191.2.

I have configured a DMZ Network at 192.168.3.0/24.

The dmz includes 2 web windows webservers one W2k and one W2k3. Those have the internal ips 192.168.3.110 and 192.168.3.108 those internal ips are maped with DNAT two to external once (which works fine).

Now I have 2 remote pcs that need access on the dmz server drives. Both servers are in a WORKGROUP. As i said i can ping both servers and they can ping my remote PC, but they can't see eachother resources. I also included the following rule PPTP-Pool -> DMZ Netbios ALLOW.

I have no other Authentification methods activated. 

In the PPTP-Roadwarrior menu I have enterned the ips of the dmz server and as domain i enterned WORKGROUP.
