Help ! OWA over PPTP

Hi there,

my problem is I have a connect over pptp to my company. I can browse the file shares (on w2k servers with active directory)  of my servers but I can't access my outlook web access or my exchange Server (e2k) or my intranet with authentification.

In astaro I have the rule to allow any service to any network for the pptp pool.

The acces to the shares (even with authentification) works fine. strange!

Do you have any idea?

    Hi,

    please check if there is some rule above your pptp-any-any rule which sets special rights for http and/or https connections. Also tell me wether you access owa2k through http or https. If you use https and changed the port please also tell me.

    Hi,

    there are no rules for http or https connections above my pptp rule. Our owa2k use http.

    This is very strange. I´d suggest you connect to your pptp and use a portscanner when you´re INSIDE your network.
    Use e.g. superscan and/or languard and do a portscan to the internal OWA machine. Please let me know the results.

    Also tell me if there were/are some entries in your packetfilter log during the SCAN and the OWA-Access.
