VPN in Austria

Good Morning,

i try to establish a VPN-Connection (X509) from Austria to Germany. 
The Problem is, that this is not working.
Are there any known Problems with the Austrian Cable Connection to a German VPN-Gateway (Astaro 4.002) ?
The Information form the Austrian Cable-Provider is, that if he has no more official IPs left, he uses one used an adds a port to it.
So it is clear that this is not working.
Are there any hints how i can establish a VPN-Connection from Austria ?
The Key is working (verified with an ISDN-Call-by-Call-Dialin)

    Hi,

    quite confusing. I do not know if I get this right, but it looks like your provider is natting your connection. Astaro 4 and the Astaro VPN Client can both be configured to work with NAT-Traversal, so this might be the solution.
