ASL 4.001 Net-Net

I Tried to set up a VPN between:

 
LAN 1:  44         10.0.0.0/24        -> 192.168.200.0/24   => tun0x10a2@212.86.211.130

LAN 1 10.0.0.0/24 , no gateway
WAN 1:212.86.210.33 / 255.255.255.252
Gateway: 212.86.210.34



 LAN 2: 56         192.168.200.0/24   -> 10.0.0.0/24        => tun0x1124@212.86.210.33

LAN 2 : 192.168.200.0/24 ; no Gateway
WAN 2: Interface 212.86.211.130 / 255.255.255.240
Gateway: 212.86.211.129

 
Ruleset LAN 1:
LAN 1 any LAN2 any allow
LAN 2 any LAN 2 any allow

Ruleset 2:
LAN 2 any LAN 1 any allow
LAN 1 any LAN 2 any allow

To Ping : no Problem from both LANS. Operable only from one side... Strange. anyone any hints ???  thx
