I have an Astaro 3.216 installed on my server and when I want a friend to connect to it by PPTP its works but in my logs I have this line when I try to ping him :
Problem protocol unsupported
And of course the ping doesn't work correctly, all the packets are lost...
Which is really strange is that when choose a pptp-pool using the same base addresses of my LAN, (192.168.1.0) it works perfectly.
Help please!
My pptp-pool use adresses 192.168.2.0 and I have created rules to communicate with my LAN.
The client uses Windows XP Professional, he has followed the pptp tutorial at docs.astaro.org
