I have installed ASL 3.216 and I set up a PPTP network. Clients are running Windows xp professional. I haven't any problem connecting to the pptp server but my problem is due to ip conflict.
In fact if I use an ip pool like 192.168.1.0/24 as my LAN, when the client is connected my ASL server use the ip 192.168.1.1 even if it uses 192.168.1.2 with the ETH0 interface. My problem is that i already have a server using 192.168.1.1.
I tried to change the address pptp pool using 192.168.2.0/24 but I have a problem to redirect packets between network using 192.168.1.0 adresses and network using 192.168.2.0 adresses. Only my ASL server can ping computers on both networks.
I'm certain there is a way to redirect packet between those two network, so could you help me?
Otherwise is there a way to change the ip the asl PPTP server use when a client is connected?
