Net to Net IPSec. How to distinguish. . .

I've just completed an IPSec connection between two networks.  The networks are both single segment and connect to the internet through DSL. (ASL provides firewall and VPN at both sites). 

My problem is that since both networks use a network address of 192.168.1.0, I can't figure out how to route traffic.  For example, 192.168.1.1 is assigned to a file server on one network, but the same address is assigned to the ASL box on the other network.  How do I address traffic across the VPN link?

    Thank you to everyone for your suggestions.  The problem is that both sites feature a NetWare 6 server. My past experience has been that changing an IP address on a NetWare server takes nothing short of an act of God, or a complete reinstall.

    I have an idea I'd like to try, but if someone can comment, it might save me hours of futile testing.

    Since each site needs only connect to the other site's file server, could I utilize a spare External IP address and DNAT it directly to the server?  As I visualize it, the ASL box Eternal interface would be designated "Remote Endpoint" and the DNATed spare IP address would be designated "Remote Subnet".  

    Does that seem workable?
