VPN through NAT

I am setting up a VPN tunnel and the remote user access internet behind a NAT. It looks like it:

Remote-User -> Firewall (NAT/MASQ) -> Internet -> Astaro

I already have a cisco-vpn working from Remote-User to another location, but I read a note saying that it wont work on Astaro. The file X509_Host_to_Net_Dynamic.pdf says "This document is for remote user connected directly to an ISP network. If your remote user is behind a NAT device, this setup will not work".

    it will definitively not work with the Astaro 3.x. 
    I tried to do the same like you, lose many hours till a helpfull guy from the Astaro support told me that i will need "NAT traversal for IPSEC/ESP" for this.
    It will be implemented in the next release candidate, maybe in a week or so. 

    For the moment i use PPTP, this works with NAT, but i'm looking forward to the new Astaro version.
