PPTP problems under 3.212 ?

After applying the update 3.212 allt he PPTP VPN client continually keep dropping out.
I've reset passwords, even tried deleting and recreating accoutns however this does not help
I get two errors
Before 3.212 I use to get this error
: pppd 2.4.0 started by (unknown), uid 0
: Using interface ppp0
: Connect: ppp0  /dev/ttyp0
: No CHAP secret found for authenticating vpntheo on pptp, trying aua with MS-CHAP
: U:vpntheo F[:P]ptp R[:$]K C:9A182D9C012E30D65F958A545ED587D1:192.168.0.250
: In secrets file: unrecognized  option  'NO_AUA_OPTS_YET'
: MSCHAP-v2 peer authentication succeeded for vpntheo
 
AFter 3.212 I cant connect and all i get is this
: pppd 2.4.0 started by (unknown), uid 0
: Using interface ppp0
: Connect: ppp0  /dev/ttyp0
: Modem hangup
: Connection terminated.
: Exit.

Can anyone pls assist me in this ??????

    I'm getting the same problem. After 3.0212 I lose all PPTP capabilities. I'm only getting the second scenario, never the first. Help!

    Actually what I get is the following:
