Kernel Log for error PPTP connection

I have this log when I make a PPTP connection and Win2k give me error 651. What means it?

    I have only these NAT rules

    masq_0   A -> All / All   MASQ__Internet   None   
    masq_1 B -> All/All   MASQ__Internet   None   
    masq_2 C -> All/All   MASQ__Internet   None    
      
    where A,B,C are internal LAN. 
    Give problems with VPN?
