Net-to-net between ASL and Symantec Raptor 7.0

Without any luck, I have tried to make a VPN net-to-net IKE/IPsec with PSK between an ASL and Symantec Raptor 7.0

I have tried different settings, but the connection will not initiate.

Any how-to's, or perhaps anyone who have been trying this can help me?
