Im trying to setup VPN net to net, using a RSA key, but im no getting any errors that i se..?

The end point is useing pppeo over a dsl modem, im useing a cisco 77 soho with nat table. im useing a nat command where i send evry thing to 19.168.1.2, there is no acl list, but tcp/udp permit any any.
What is it, that i dont get here, what am i doing wrong?
Under Ip route it says
0 192.168.2.0/24 -> 192.168.3.0/24 => %trap
