CA creation and issueing CSR from CERT

Hello there,

I created new CA with my company's credentials, then i created new CSR with the same Country, State,City and Company name as CA has. When i wanted to issue CSR from CERT, fter entering CA's passphrase and pushing start button I got: Certificate signing failed. Wrong CA passphrase entered?

Are there any other constraints on CSR and its CA, which have to be held? 

I have only one CA and only one CSR. I am sure the passphrase is right. I tried it several times, always creating fresh CA and fresh CSR, deleting hanging entry in the index.txt file, but still got no response.

Any clue ?

    So i am back again, and still no solution to my problem. docs.astaro.org doesn't seem to point me the right way. I would like to do following:

    To delete EVERYTHING regarding CA's on my astaro and set it to initial state, so i can try it once more. Can any astaro admin give me an explanation how to reach this ?

    Then i'll try the fresh creation of both the signing CA and host certs once more (without any deleting and new creating of CA's or something, so i am sure this issue won't be the cause of my failing).

    I keep seeing the post that this is known problem but the docs presented don't really cover this.  I more detailed explaination should be provided by Astaro since this question is asked regularly.

    I have worked this back and forth and here is what I have found.  When you create the second key you need to change the location/city field to something different (I use remote or mobil).  I have tried the other fields but they have no effect.
