VERY slow pptp connections

Hi,

still having my problems with slow pptp connections even with ASL 3.202

ASL in connected to the internet with 256kb/s, idling cpu, no traffic, PPTP Client (Linux and win2k) with isdn connection to internet.

pptp througput ist 80-100b/s, alternativ use of normal internet via isdn device brings up to 6-7KB/s with different providers

Any help?

Same here only with 2 sdsl connections and version 4.008.

Hi,

how ist the performance from LAN to Internet (HTTP, FTP, etc)?
I had a misconfigured dsl equipment at the telco-provider so everything got very slow and poor.

Have a look at the Network Reporting for eth1 and the virtual PPTP Interfaces. Are there many collisions, drops and so on.

hope that helps discovering the problem.
