CA cannot sign more than one CSR

I'm using ASL 3.2 with latest updates and I've created the signing CA and created and signed a server certificate. I've also created a user CSR, whenever I try to sign the user CSR, I get an error and cannot sign the CSR. Does anyone have resolutions to this issue?
