PPTP Warrior Access via Windows 98

Hello,

I have setup the PPTP Warrior Access in my Astaro Firewall (v3.2). I use the LAN Network IPs as PPTP Pool. I connect via a Windows 98SE Client connected at the WAN Interface. It works very well, i can ping the machines of the LAN, but i have a problem : i can't see the machines of the LAN in the "Network neighbour" of my VPN Client. On each side, i have enable "NetBIOS uses DNS"...
How can i do ? (I have no filter rules). Thanks.

    first of all you shoudn't use the LAN IP addresses as PPTP Pool, this shouldn't work. Anyways, this network neighborhood is done over broadcasts in Windows which are not routed, you need to setup an WinS Server to solve this.

    Hi,

    and what should i do, when WINS is installed? Have i an incorrect installation of WINS? I cant read any hostname of servers in my lan. Why i shouldnt use LAN IPs for pool?

    I also connected from my home-XP to vpn-gateway in our office... than is over. I can ping any workstation, can connected via IP to a test httpserver... but i cant see any server etc.
    Im using hosts and lmhosts, too, but nothing happend...
