VPN to DMZ and Trusted Network?

Hi,

We currently have a Netscreen 10 firewall, which does a VPN, but it's klunky as hell setting up VPN access to both our trusted network AND the servers on our DMZ. In fact, we've not managed to get it to work, despite having had several hours of telephone support from them.

So we're having a look at Astaro as maybe being able to provide us with a "stand alone" VPN for this. We have about 20 users (running Win2K on laptops).

Can anyone tell me whether Astaro would be a good choice for this? I'll probably install the demo and work it out for myself, but just thought I'd ask some opinions.

    I probably risk getting flamed over this.  I've been playing with Astaro for close to 3 weeks now.  I'm still trialing it under several scenarios.

    Pros:

    The installation is fairly straight forward.  
    The design of the product looks good.
    The WebAdmin provides a good menu from which to select tasks you need to perform.

    Cons:

    SUPPORT.  Getting a working configurarion, however, is hit and miss as you can probably tell from reading these boards.  The documentation is sketchy at best.  If anyone from Astaro is reading these boards, I can't help but wonder why they don't take the time to answer some of the very basic questions that arise.  Expanded FAQ's would even suffice, but I don't detect any effort in that area.  Most of the help provided appears to come from other users.  Unless the situation differs once you've purchased a license, I'd be hesitent to recommend that anyone use this to run their business.
