Cannot Create RSA Key on Cobalt RaQ3

I'm running Astaro 2.023 on a Cobalt RaQ3.  When I try to create an RSA key, I'm getting the following error:

Content-Type: text/plain This is a Error. You should not be here .... Please retry the operation and contact your vendor Wrong Parent PID

This error also comes up when I try to import an RSA key from another Astaro firewall.

Has anyone seen this issue before, and does anyone know a work around?

    Since this message was posted, I've tried re-installing the Astaro software.  I'm still getting this error:

        Content-Type: text/plain

        This is a Error. You should not be here ....
        Please retry the operation and contact your vendor
        Wrong Parent PID

    Is there a way to create the key manually from command line?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Once again, this is Astaro 2.023 (Cobalt) on a Cobalt RaQ3.
