leftnexthop problem

Hello:

I want to do a lan to lan vpn connection. When I star vpn I have this tatal error:

left and leftnexthop must not be the same. 

I have this error only in one side of the tunnel. The configuration is the same in both sides (diferente values, ofcourse).

What does it means?
