Password Problem on PTPP Roadwarrior

I have a very strange problem! [:S]ke a password the word ads043
I can't connect on PTPP Roadwarrior! I tried this password on two different astaro firewall and with different username with the same result !! Someone have the same problem? [:S]

which version of asl do you use?
did you try changing the password?

I use Astaro 2.022.
I just changed the password to workaround the problem. But maybe the problem can return with another password....

This problem has been around for over 2 months now. I experienced it first time in last year.

It seems that problem still persists ?

With the same password or there are other password that caouse trouble?
