Cannot Access ASL PPTP VPN from my ISP

Hi there. I've set up ASL with the PPTP VPN. It works fine when I try to access the VPN from the internal network or a machine which is in the same subnet as the external ASL, but when I tried to connect from my ISP I can't...I cannot even ping it even so I enable "ICMP on firewall" altough I can ping all the other machines on the same subnet.
Any Idea why? I've tried with different idea but it's all the same.

No Worry. It was just a stupid of me.We already had a smoothwall router firewall on our network and I just wanted to setup ASL to be a VPN Server. My mistake was to put the Gateway on ASL to be the smoothwall instead of the DSL router.

I got it working from my ISP.
