Roadwarrior VPN clients to ASL 2.020

Gert/Tom/anybody -

I've tried Sentinel and PGPNet 7.1 clients to try and set up a VPN to my test ASL from home (PC behind test ASL). I've read the VPN how-to several times with no success.

Will this work with both ASL's doing NAT ? If not, what's the solution ?

    You will have to use PPTP if you want to do NAT. IPSEC will not work. This is due to translation of the packet, AH (Authentication Header) is doing a check on the complete IP Packet, when NATing is happening the source ip address of the packet gets changed.

    Do a search on PPTP within this forum I guess you will have enough information to get you started.
