Reporting for IPSec interface 3 seems to fail

I'm running Astaro 2.0.19 with 4 interfaces. I'm using IPSEC on eth3, which works great, however I can't get any performance metrics via mrtg. I look at the mrtg.conf, and it appears that the entire config is missing. On the reporting page, I get no stats, and missing graphics. 

Any thoughts as to why this may occur? I'm going to attempt to insert the config manually, but fear that it will eventually be overwritten.
