VPN Connection from Public to Private

I have an existing firewall doing dhcp.
The inside network is 10.0.0.1-255 with 100 and up reserved for dhcp. The gateway is 10.0.0.1.
Durring install I set the ip to 10.0.0.2 and the gateway to 10.0.0.1. After the install I assigned eth1 an external IP and added it to Definitions>Network. I added users and enabled Road Warior VPN. I am able to connect to the VPN on 10.0.0.2 but I can't ping anything on the LAN but the 10.0.0.2. I cannot connect to the VPN via the public ip. I've tried many different rules to no avail. 
What I'm hoping to accomplish is a VPN to connect outside people to my internal network.
