PPTP client behind ASL firewall

Does ASL support a MS PPTP client behind an ASL firewall connecting to a VPN server on the Internet ? I suspect I need to open port 1723 at a minimum - but what about GRE ?

I've noticed there is a kernel patch for VPN masquerading here:- http://www.impsec.org/linux/masquerade/ip_masq_vpn.html

Can this be included with ASL ?
