PPTP Auth., but no traffic

Hello all

I am trying to get a VPN connection up and running. I am using the host-net scenario, the host being a W2K box. I can authenticate fine, but once I am connected can't ping any of the internal devices. I have tried both weak and strong encryption on the firewall, but no luck. I have seen several question about this, with no responses. Have any of you had similar situations, and if so, what is the fix?
