constant vpn error

i constanlty get an error 778 it was not possible to verify the identity of the server,? any ideas

Hi ryon,

please give me some mor information, which version of asl are you using?
Pptp or ipsec?
In what kind of setup does this error occur.

i am using astaro 2.0 pptp i setup up the windows machine just like your manual says. using mschapv2
it happens all the time
