SonicWall compatibility

I've tried both IKE and manual keying but have been unsuccessful getting IPSEC to work with a SonicWall firewall.

Has anyone made this work? What settings did you use? Can someone at Astaro let us know whether they have testing this, or if it is on a list of things to do? I'd be happy to provide more detailed information to Astaro to diagnose the fault.

    I think this is one of the biggest problems currently. There is no good documentation how to connect ASL to other products.

    vpn-faq is quite minimal and doesn't help much. There should be a good documentation including the configuration of remote end whatever it is (SonicWall, FW1, ...)

    Maybe you should start collecting experience from ASL users and create new FAW about VPN.
