Hi, I'm having trouble getting ASL connected to my company's Cisco PIX via VPN...
They gave me the new Cisco VPN client (not the SafeNet one), and the settings.
It works fine from my PC.
I'd like to get it working so that ASL connects to the VPN and keeps it open so that my 2 PC's can connect to the VPN hosts transparently.
However, the options don't seem to match up, and the VPN howto doesn't seem to cover this.
I have:
REMOTE_IP = IP Address of VPN router (defined as VPN GATE)
REMOTE_SUBNET = Company Network (defined as COMPANY)
VPN login and password
Radius login and password
(Cisco client needs both logins to work)
Trying to do:
Private_NET (masq?) -> ASL VPN -> Cable -> PIX -> Company Net
Should LOCAL INTERFACE be my INTERNAL NIC or my EXTERNAL NIC?
Do I need to turn on Masquerading for the VPN?
I don't see where to enter the logins and passwords, ASL only has an option for a single 'secret'.
How can I do this?
Thank you,
Barry
