Bug: Crypt 128/40 bits

Well maby it's a bug.. Dont know..

When u make a PPTP Firewall with astaro, and configures it to 40 bits encryption, its not working..

The clients can connect to the firewall and be authendicated, but there isnt getting any IP Packages through the Firewall/Gateway..

WHY???? There is no options on the client to use 40 or 128 bit encryption, and it's posible to connect and the client says it runs at 128 bit, but Astaro is configured to 40 bits..

Please tell me, is it a bug, or is it my clients?

    With w2k there an option to authenticate with 40 bit encryption too.

    Just take your connections properties/advanced. Then choose advanced radio button and settings of it.

    Set Data Encryption from drop down menu to "Optional Encryption". It will authenticate with 40 bit encryption after that.
