Routing for VPN net to net

Hi,

I have successfully set up two ASL firewalls with VPN NET to NET connectivity between the two firewalls. I have two public networks behind the ASL firewalls (one for each for them) two classical 192.168.x.x networks with different subnets (otherwise routing will not work). I have also added static routing between the two firewalls so packets are routed between the two networks. I can ping all the hosts in the two networks, but when i restart both firewalls it suddenly stops working. I have noticed when i remove and add the static routes again everything works fine again. In some way it looks that the routes come up before the firewalls has established the VPN connection between them and the routes is being ignored. How can I solve this?
