Ipsec Overhead

Does any one know how to accurately measure the overhead of IPSEC? I found this ( http://tsc.llwybr.org.uk/public/reports/SWANTIME/printable.html).  If you are using an RSA key of 2560 length, does the overhead increase?

    What kind of overhead do you want to measure, time, size or bandwith ?

    The speed of an IPSEC Connection depends heavily on the Processor, the overhad increases using larger RSA keys but only during the connection establishing process, once the connection is up and running it makes no difference.
