http://docs.astaro.org/vpn_howto.htm  document tells how to configure PGPnet with astaro.

I was just wondering is the documentation for 'PGP Corporate Desktop Security' or 'PGPnet VPN client' ?

I am considering to buy PGPnet VPN clients and i really need to know does is work with astaro and clients dynamic IP's.

    Hi there, 

    the howto is based on the trial version of PGP Desktop 7.0.4 .
    As I looked now, they changed the product name and the trial version is no longer available.

    If the PGPnet software is IPSEC compliant, which I think it is, it should work.

    PGP Desktop Security does work.
    I have two clients up and running this.
    I am unable to make a connection through a proxy server. I have tested several proxy servers that claim to allow IPSec VPNs but do not mention IKE IPSec.

    I understand that ASL 2.0 will support PPTP. This would solve the problem.
    Is there a release date set?

    Hi sdarcy, 

    you already can download the first fully working beta version.

    There is no relase date set, but i think its no longer than mid or end of july.

    Give the beta version a try and tell me how it works.
