Unlock blocked accounts

Hello,

How can I unlock/reset an blocked account of a vpn user?

Too many failed logins from ip. Further logins will be blocked for 600 seconds...

thanks.

If it is possible, I would prefer the command line way...

    Hi ,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Community! 

    You could reset the default lockout time to a shorter time value; it'll reset the counter for the blocked IP address, and once the IP is removed from the blocked list, change the lockout value back to default. 

    Go to Definitions & Users > Authentication Services > Advanced > Block Password Guessing to change the default lockout value. 

    It's not possible to remove the IP address from the block list from the command line.
