License for UTM 9

I have been using UTM9 for years and suddenly I was not able to connect through wlan.
Connected to lan and saw that the license was not free anymore. Following features are not
licensed anymore:

Network Protection:         inactive            
Web Protection:         inactive        
Email Protection:         inactive        
Webserver Protection:         inactive        
Wireless Protection:         inactive        
Sandstorm:             inactive        
Premium Support:         inactive        
Standard Support:         inactive        
Endpoint Protection:         0

Is there a problem.
I have also installed a new license with same result.

Could you give me a clue

  • after installing a matching license, there should be licensed something.

    what utm do you use (SG-hardware/Software/ Home License / essential)

    Where do you get the new license from?

    Thank you for your reply. I deleted the old license and created a new one.

    After creating a new license everything was ok again.
