All devices are offline in SUM

Hi everybody,

We have in our office a sum that contain up to 80 devices.

Last wednesday, all this devices become offline.

Please help me to resolve this serious problem.

Please note that is the unique SUM deployed
Note also, that the Cpu usage is not high (between 1% and 20%)

  • You really didn't answer all the questions.

    When you login to a remote UTM does it show the failed connections in the central management little window?

    Is the address of the sum hardcoded or DNS lookup in the remote sums?

    From another site using your sum (fqn) dns name try to connect to the sum.
