All devices are offline in SUM

Hi everybody,

We have in our office a sum that contain up to 80 devices.

Last wednesday, all this devices become offline.

Please help me to resolve this serious problem.

Please note that is the unique SUM deployed
Note also, that the Cpu usage is not high (between 1% and 20%)

  • Hi and welcome aboard,

    1/. check your DNS settings to see that the SUM is actually being advertised to the UTMs
    2/. what sort of external IP address do you have static or dynamic?
    3/. if dynamic check your external registration
    4/. seeing you have so many UTMs under management you could request assistance from your reseller/support.
