Connections aren't showing up in ACC

I've got ACC v3 installed, the firewalls (local and remote with port 4433) are connected and reporting successful connection to the ACC. 

However when I login to the Gateway manager it shows zero devices. 

This is running on a Hyper-V VM (no issues installing)

Any suggestions?

    Hi bvanhoesen,

    do you see following message in the cardview:
    Either there are no devices connected, your current access level is insufficient or at least one filter is active.

    Then probably your gateway manager user has not sufficient access
    rights.

    Please ensure that you login with an admin user, i.e. a user which you
    have configured as an Allowed admin in the webadmin of the ACC
    under Management -> Gateway Manager -> Access Control.

    If you login to the Gateway Manager with such an allowed admin you
    can configure access rights for less privileged users under Management ->
    Acces Control    .
